Paul E. Bridges, PE - Senior Vice President

Mr. Bridges joined GBB (established in 1954 under the name of Ewin, Campbell & Gottlieb) in 1980 and has been involved in all aspects of marine related projects since that time. His experience has covered the planning, design and oversight of equipment and facilities worldwide for the container and material handling industry. Numerous crane repair and refurbishment designs, new and modified wharf designs as well as full procurement processes are included in this experience.

R.S. (Stan) Gottlieb, PE - Senior Vice-President

Mr. Gottlieb has over 23 years of experience in industrial and marine facility design since joining GBB in 1980. He has had extensive experience with marine related projects having planned, designed and performed construction management services for numerous wharf and yard facilities, mooring structures and other marine equipment as relative to container, bulk material, general cargo and shipyard applications.

William J. Hess, PE - Vice President

Mr. Hess has over 30 years of professional engineering experience, including responsibility for mechanical, structural and electrical design of material handling equipment as Chief Engineer for such companies as Paceco and Harnischfeger. Since joining GBB in 1989 he has worked extensively on the design of modified and new equipment, procurement of new equipment as well as being heavily involved in the troubleshooting of problems on existing equipment.

Jeffrey J. Boos, PE - Vice President

Mr. Boos began his career in the container handling industry in 1982 as a design engineer for Paceco and was extensively involved in the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and R&D of container handling equipment placed into service at Ports around the world. He further developed his knowledge of the container handling industry as Technical Director for Bromma. In 1993, Mr. Boos joined GBB and has assisted clients worldwide in the procurement, design, modernization, relocation and commissioning of equipment for the container and material handling industry.

James J. LaRose, PE - Vice President

Mr. LaRose has more than twenty years experience in the planning, design, engineering and implementation of industrial, crane and commercial projects including time as a design engineer at Paceco. He has been engaged in engineering work on numerous container and bulk handling crane projects including preparation of specifications, inspection of fabrication, shipping, erection and acceptance testing.
